Your safety is our top priority. All flights are operated by licensed pilots using modern, well-maintained equipment, and we adhere to the highest safety standards in the industry.
11. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- If we cancel your flight due to weather or safety concerns, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a 5% confirmation fee.
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled flight, you’ll also receive a refund minus the 5% confirmation fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled flight are non-refundable.
